About Us

With a combined professional experience of around 30 years, Ben and Marcus have thought deeply about the bathroom renovation process. Both are reputable professionals in their own right, Marcus as a qualified Tiler and Ben as a licenced Plumber. As a result, they decided to team up as partners and create a customer-first complete bathroom renovation company.

“Over our years in the industry, we grew tired of hearing about customers who said they were treated like ‘just a number’, so we set out to provide a personalised bathroom renovation service.”

- Ben

“Our understanding of the bathroom industry means that we can finally offer a service that helps ease the pressure of decision-making.  In summary, we simplify the whole bathroom renovation experience. Right from the initial in-house consultation through the whole project to completion.”

- Marcus

Since its incorporation about 10 years ago, Above All Bathrooms has become one of Sydney’s finest and most trusted bathroom renovation companies. Our Central Coast showroom opened in early 2022. This is to provide our renowned complete bathroom renovation experience for our customers on the Coast!

Shopping around and spending countless weekends looking for the perfect tile is not only time-consuming but at times overwhelming and frustrating. As a result, we have carefully selected tiles, accessories, fittings, and colour schemes that are current and will work.

Above All Bathrooms narrows the choice down so that your time is not wasted. As has been noted your renovation should be an exciting, positive experience. We realise that it’s not just about getting a renovation done, it’s also about creating a unique place for you and your family to relax in for the years to come. Whether it’s a necessary renovation or you are desiring a tranquil place to escape the hustle and bustle of life we will help you create the bathroom you’ve always dreamed about. View our Gallery of work and learn more about us.

At the showroom consultation, we will allow you time to choose the various accessories and fittings, tiles and to basically design your ‘look’. We will discuss a time when the renovation can be commenced, finalise the fee schedule and an itemised quote – so that you know exactly how much you will need to pay (with no hidden extras). We will walk you through our contract and if you choose Above all Bathrooms we will ask for a 5% deposit so that we can book in your date.

After commencement, the renovation will be completed in several stages by our team of qualified Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians, Waterproofers, and Tilers. Our milestone payment process means that you pay as each stage is completed. The final part of the fit-out will be finalising the accessories and fixtures and after that a final clean. The project manager will meet with you and schedule the custom-built shower screen or fixed glass panel to be installed. If there are any outstanding issues these will be rectified.

One of our experienced bathroom designers will come to your home for a design and consultation session. They will measure the job and talk through the options. This is a great chance to talk about any ideas that you already have. Our designer will also be able to walk you through our bathroom packages and what will or won’t work in your space. They should be able to provide a ballpark quote either on the spot or within 48 hours. Once comfortable with our initial design ideas and proposed pricing we invite you to book an appointment and come to one of our showrooms for a more detailed discussion and see how your final design can come to life.

At this stage, you will receive a call and confirmation together with your proposed start date from the office. In addition, we will let you know who your dedicated project manager for the job is. About a week before renovation commencement you will get a call from the Project Manager. At this time they will introduce themselves and let you know when the demolition team will arrive to start the job. Following the demolition, the Project Manager will meet you on-site for a check measure to confirm all of the fittings, fixtures, and general bathroom layout. They will also walk you through the job schedule and payment milestones in detail.

Once the shower screen has been installed the project manager will complete a final check of all the work done and ensure any rubbish, floor savers etc are all removed. Any keys that were used will be returned and a final sign-off for the job completed. As soon as your final payment is made the office will verify no more payments are due and provide your waterproofing certificate.
